If you bought a coloring pack or a ready-made story, the download link is in that same email. Print it tonight — you're done.

We start making it
Custom stories and photo pages go into the queue with the brief or photo you sent. If anything you wrote is unclear, we email you rather than guess.

Before it reaches you
We put it together
We finish your custom book and get it print-ready. This is the step that takes the time, and it's the one worth waiting for.

Within 24 hours
It lands in your inbox
A print-ready PDF, sized for A4 and US Letter, yours to print forever. If you set a delivery date as a gift, we hold it until that morning instead.

If it misses
We remake it, free
Tell us what was wrong and you get a new version, usually same day. If the second one still isn't right, we refund you and you keep both files.
Not turned up when it should have? Email us and a person will answer — usually within the hour on weekdays.
While you wait
How long is 24 hours, really?
Most custom books land in under an hour. The 24-hour figure is the outside edge — made-to-order just isn't instant.
Can I change the brief after ordering?
Yes, if we haven't sent it yet. Reply to your order confirmation and tell us what to change.
What happens to the photo I sent?
We use it once to draw your page, then delete it within 30 days. It is never used to train any model, never sold, never shared.
